Jasmine’s Favorite Exercises: Hip thrusts and cable kickbacks are my favorites for the glutes. Since the majority of the fibers in the glutes are slow twitch they will respond well to light weight and high reps. I meal prep my food 3-4 days ahead of time that way it’s ready to go and still fresh.

If I’m feeling too lazy to go to the gym I remind myself that it’s all in my head and I know I will feel better once I get in there and start lifting. So I just make myself. Taylor’s Favorite Exercise: I love training shoulders, so I’d have to say lateral raises. I love when my shoulders get a nice pump on them. So even a superset with lateral raises and front barbell raises.

I always set some sort of goal. Whether it be a competition, a photoshoot, or just wanting to look good for the beach or a vacation. Also, making progress can be somewhat addicting. Stephanie’s Healthy Eating Habits: Avoiding cheese, fries and sweets. I try to meal prep but school consumes my life so I do what I can. Favorite Exercise: This is hard I love the gym.. but if I had to pick one exercise it would have to be walking lunges.
