She weighed double-digits when she started her wrestling career.

In a land of hulking physiques, Sasha had to work hard to compete. “When I started training, I was only 99 pounds. I had no idea how to work out. It wasn’t really until I got to the WWE Performance Center, where we have a strength coach, that I started to learn how to lift weights. I love HIIT and burpees, but I also enjoy lifting, because I have really great arms and it helps with definition!”SEE ALSO: Watch Sasha Banks Demonstrate a Dumbbell Snatch

Sasha once stepped in the ring with her rap star cousin!

Avid members of the WWE Universe will know that Sasha has a very supportive rapper cousin named Snoop Dogg, but did you know they once stepped in the ring together?”[Snoop] came to one show and I was trying to teach him how to run the ropes. But I think he should leave the wrestling to me, and Ill leave the rapping to him,” Sasha recalls with a laugh.

She’s got a sweet tooth.

“The Boss” can take down any rival in the ring, but her biggest opponent turns out to be one that we can all identify with… sugar! While training for her Muscle & Fitness Hers cover, Sasha cut out the processed sugar in favor of eating clean, which included lots of lean meat and vegetables, but she tells us:”It was so hard. I have a sugar tooth. I’m a huge cake fanatic. I love cheesecake and brownies. You name it and Ill eat it. Anything with sugar in it!”

“The Boss” was inspired by some of WWE’s greatest female stars.

There could be a ‘best seller’ in the making.

“On the road, I always bring a notebook so that I can write down my thoughts… If I don’t have my notebook, I get so upset… Sometimes I can’t remember the things I’ve done in the past but when I go back and look at them, I think, Wow!” Sasha shares with us.We’d love to read Sasha’s journal covering life as a women’s WWE superstar. This book must happen!

She’s a fashionista in and out of the ring.

Sasha Banks always looks dynamite in the ring, but did you know some of the influences that go into designing her ring gear? Sasha lets us in on some cool trivia:”My costume maker is really good and I love to see what he comes up with, but sometimes I have ideas, like in my Iron Woman Match (against Bayley) I wanted to wear the same colors as when I started out wrestling on the independent scene. For my WrestleMania 32 match I wanted to come out in tribute to Eddie Guerrero. I was going to wear shorts but Eddie always wore tights so that’s what I did.”Check out what Sasha’s wearing weekly on her Instagram page @SashaBanksWWE.SEE ALSO: Sasha Banks Gets Ready for Her Cover Shoot

Sasha thinks that the new Championship belt will suit her!

No wrestling attire is complete without the perfect accessory–a gold belt! At WrestleMania 32, the WWE retired it’s “Diva’s Championship” in favor of the new “Women’s Championship.” The move has been praised as showing respect for what women can accomplish in the ring. Sasha already has her eye on the new look Championship belt. “When they told me they were going to change the title I cried. I just couldn’t believe it,” she said.” I always hoped they would change it…I can’t wait to win it because it’s going to look really good on me!”
